A photography competition for the best light of the year.

The award

The free planning tool behind the award. It tells you when the light will be good where you are standing.

We make camera harnesses that keep a camera on your body and off your neck. Selling them is how the award is paid for.

Derry Caulfield teaches beginners as Learn How To Photograph. She scores every entry, and the grand prize is an hour of her time.
